2. Resolve to purchase a Poppy Wreath from Royal British Legion (RBL) up to £20. (S.137 Expenditure)
2022.81 Brought forward from Agenda item September 2022.59. Resolve to agree for the Community Cleaners to work after sunset using head torches in line with Health and Safety.
Agreed by a majority vote subject to the Clerk presenting a Risk Assessment to the Parish Council at the next meeting on 4th October 2022.
1. Resolve to agree the working in the dark risk assessment.
2. Resolve to agree a budget of £80 to purchase 2 rechargeable head torches, 2 x sets of high Viz coats and over trousers and small first aid kit.
2022.82 Resolve to switch on the Christmas Lights at St John the Baptist Church at 6.30pm on Friday 2nd December 2022.
2022.83 Resolve to agree to a request from the Paddock Tenant to run to run a spur off the existing water supply and install a separate tap to the field, with a separate water meter. All costs covered by the tenant who would submit meter readings and pay for the water usage separately.
