In January 2017 Colsterworth and District Parish Council submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to South Kesteven District Council.
When submitting a neighbourhood plan to the relevant local planning authority the legislation requires that the qualifying body submit a number of other documents to accompany it.
One of these is commonly known as a Basic Conditions Statement.
Another is commonly known as the Consultation Statement
